The Cherry and Whites take on Ian Watson’s side for the second time in less than a week when they meet on Friday evening.
The Warriors got one over on the Giants last Sunday, and will hope to make it two from two when they clash at the John Smith’s Stadium.

Forward Oliver Partington returns to the squad after missing out on Sunday with a head knock inflicted against St Helens in Round 13.
Speaking on Wednesday, Adrian Lam highlighted a number of players approaching a return to first team action.
“Hardaker (neck) is about two weeks, so too is Manfredi (knee) and Morgan Smithies (ankle). John Bateman (ankle) and Jai Field (hamstring) are a little further off than those.”
Bevan French continues recovery from a hamstring injury, expected to keep the full back out for the remainder of the 2021 season.

Season Ticket holders are reminded that following the lifting of government restrictions from 19th July, the Our League platform will no longer stream home and away Wigan Warriors games, with fans finally being able to attend stadia without restricted capacities. Friday’s Round 9 fixture will be the final available game via the platform.
