Though we strongly urge supporters to arrive in the time specified for their personal ticket, we are keen to refute unwanted speculation that fans will be turned away from the stadium if they miss their scheduled arrival time; we will simply ensure that those arriving outside their specified slot are granted admission to the stadium in a safe and socially distanced fashion when queues are short enough to allow for it, avoiding unnecessary congestion around turnstile blocks wherever possible.

Please be aware that there will be fewer turnstiles per block in operation than normal; this is to ensure that we comply with the two metre social distancing rule, but the speed of flow at the turnstiles has been checked to ensure that we have a more than adequate system for getting all supporters into the DW Stadium quickly and efficiently.

Parking

Thanks to an agreement between the Club and the stadium’s new owners, Phoenix 2021 Limited, we are pleased to confirm that seasonal parking passes from the 2020 season will be honoured throughout the remainder of 2021, to make up for games missed last season.

Please bring your 2020 pass with you to speed up access at the entrances if you still have it, but a full list of those with passes from 2020 will be held at the relevant car park entrances to cater for those who have lost their pass. Updates on a more permanent pass solution for this summer will follow soon.

Cash car parking will also be available on two stadium car parks, priced at £5 per car. West, North and East Stand ticket holders are advised to use Car Park 1, accessed off Stadium Way, whilst South Stand ticket holders are advised to use Car Park 4, accessed via Frith Street off Saddle Junction. This is due to the southern end of the East Stand being blocked off for visiting team access and ‘red zone’ protocols, so we advise East Stand ticket holders to approach the stadium from the north where possible.

Where possible, supporters are advised to try and arrive via car or on foot rather than using public transport while the current government guidelines are in place.

Code of Conduct

Please remember that by claiming a ticket for the game under current circumstances and entering the stadium, you are deemed to have agreed to abide by our Code of Conduct, which applies to all games played under current government regulations (currently any fixtures played up to and including Sunday 18th July).

You can find out what will be different about your matchday experience by taking a look at our At A Glance Guide.

Please respect any requests from the stewards, who have numerous new rules and/or guidelines to remember for this game. They will be taking a pragmatic and common sense approach to stewarding and will be keen to avoid approaching supporters wherever possible (in keeping with social distancing regulations), so please enjoy the game safely and sensibly to ensure we have the most successful return to the DW Stadium as possible.
