Holts injury update

Get the latest on the Wigan Warriors squad ahead of this Friday’s Grand Final with the Holts Injury Update.

The rollercoaster 2020 Betfred Super League season reaches a climax this weekend with Wigan taking on rivals St Helens at the KCOM Stadium.

Following Adrian Lam’s pre-match press conference and Wednesday’s 21-man squad announcement, the matchday squad is starting to take shape.

The key omission from the 21-man squad this week was Ben Flower. The experienced prop forward picked up a hamstring injury in the Semi Final victory over Hull FC last week and has not recovered in time to make the Final.

The Injury List

Dom Manfredi misses out as he recovers from a knee injury. The winger last featured for Wigan in early October in the win over Warrington Wolves.

Youngster Ethan Havard continues to recover from an ankle injury first sustained against Leeds Rhinos in Wigan’s Coral Challenge Cup Semi Final defeat.

Back-rower Jack Wells remains sidelined following a MCL tear and knee dislocation suffered against St Helens in Round 14.

Winger Liam Marshall continues his long-term recovery from an Anterior Cruciate Ligament knee injury sustained during the Round 10 tie with Castleford.
