Hotline now open for supporters without internet access

• Telephone service opens for season ticket holder credit option responses
• Number exclusively available for fans who don’t have internet access

A new telephone hotline is now live for the benefit of any season ticket holders who need to submit their season ticket credit option responses, but don’t have access to the internet in order to use the online form.

The new number – 01942 762873 – is now available from 9am-midday every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, and is exclusively for the use of supporters who have no means of accessing the internet.

Please help us to pass on this number to any family or friends that you know are unable to complete the form online (or please kindly offer to submit their details online on their behalf if you can) to help us to process the replies for the several thousand supporters that we need to contact before the end of the month.

The club will make every attempt to contact supporters via the swiftest and most practical means, with every supporter that has registered their email address with us having already been sent the details via that method last Wednesday (12th August).

As we have several thousand season ticket holders who have either withheld their email details from us or don’t have an email address, we will attempt to call them over the course of the month if they haven’t already used the online form or phone hotline to supply their response to us.

Those who have provided neither an email address nor a phone number should expect to receive a letter within the next week.

We kindly ask all season ticket holders to inform us of their preferred option by 11.59pm on Monday 31st August, with some fantastic benefits on offer for anyone willing to donate their credit back to the club.
