Warriors At Home: Day 34

Every day we are asking Wigan Warriors fans to get involved in challenges to enjoy at home.

The #WarriorsAtHome campaign is primarily driven via our Twitter channel, as we’ve created a series of daily challenges to give our loyal fans something new to get involved with each day. All the frontline heroes and key workers who are working to keep everyone safe in these difficult times are also encouraged to get involved.

Every morning, we’re going to set our fans a new daily task and we’re asking you to respond with a photo or video to show how you’ve interpreted our idea. We will then judge the most creative or uplifting entrant, who will proclaim that day’s winner.

Today’s challenge (Wednesday 6th May) is Scarecrow Warrior! After recently seeing Wigan residents creating and displaying scarecrows to make members of the community smile during their daily exercise during the coronavirus pandemic, we wanted to get involve and create a Warriors At Home challenge!

As part of #WednesdayWellbeing and keeping active and busy during these difficult times, we want Warriors fans to get creative and make a Wigan player scarecrow! It may be an ex legend, a current player or simply your favourite ever Wigan player to wear the Warriors shirt. Whoever it is or whoever it is meant to look like, make it all things Cherry and White and spread the Warriors spirit in your neighbourhood!

Share your photos or videos on Twitter @WiganWarriorsRL with the hashtags #WarriorsAtHome and #ScarecrowWarrior for the chance to feature on our social media channels!
