Warriors At Home: Day 27

Every day we are asking Wigan Warriors fans to get involved in challenges to enjoy at home.

The #WarriorsAtHome campaign is primarily driven via our Twitter channel, as we’ve created a series of daily challenges to give our loyal fans something new to get involved with each day. All the frontline heroes and key workers who are working to keep everyone safe in these difficult times are also encouraged to get involved.

Every morning, we’re going to set our fans a new daily task and we’re asking you to respond with a photo or video to show how you’ve interpreted our idea. We will then judge the most creative or uplifting entrant, who will proclaim that day’s winner.

Today’s challenge (Sunday 26th April) is Grassroot Memories (Part 2)! On a weekend when all amateur Rugby League sides would have taken to the field, we want current and former amateur players of all ages to get involved! On Saturday, we focused on former and current open age players and now today we are wanting junior players, who are Wigan fans, to share their memories playing amateur Rugby League. Have you played alongside or against a current or ex Wigan star? Are you standing next to a famous professional in a squad picture? Do you still keep in touch with a certain player who you played with? Whatever it is, we want to hear and see your memories!

Send us your tweets, pictures and videos on Twitter @WiganWarriorsRL with the hashtags #WarriorsAtHome and #GrassrootMemories for the chance to feature on our social media channels!
