The pair met three times last year with Wigan winning the game at the DW Stadium and Leeds taking victory twice in their own backyard.

Wigan haven’t won at Leeds since 2012. Sam Tomkins, Tommy Leuluai, Liam Farrell and Sean O’Loughlin are the only remaining players from that day.

The Warriors have the better of it in Super League against the Rhinos having won 37 games, Leeds have won 29 and there has been four draws.

Just one point separates the teams in 2018 with Wigan in second on 14 and Leeds in fourth with 13.

Ryan Hall has made 1364 metres in Super League this year, third highest in the league.

Ash Handley is top try scorer for the Rhinos with eight so far this campaign.

Still going strong at 36 years of age, Jamie Jones-Buchanan has made 336 tackles this season.

Richie Myler joined Leeds from Catalans in the close-season and has setup 11 tries for his teammates this year, joint top in Super League with George Williams.

Emerald Headingley Stadium will look a little different this evening with major redevelopment work well underway.
