Local companies continue to support Warriors
Caliper Engineering remain on the back of the new shirt
- Multipave extend deal that first started in 2012
Wigan Rugby League are pleased to announce that two Club Sponsors have extended their agreements with the Warriors.
Caliper Engineering have agreed a one-year extension to remain on the rear of the Warriors’ shirt, with the logo appearing beneath the players number.
The Ashton-in-Makerfield based firm are a specialist in the remanufacture of commercial vehicle and trailer calipers. Their highly skilled workforce possesses experience in a range of specialisms including automotive, electrical and mechanical fields. The new agreement takes Caliper’s involvement with the Club into a fifth year.
Multipave have also agreed a new one-year deal to display their logo on the front of the Warriors shorts, having first supported the Club in 2012 under the guise of sister company Pavertec.
Leyland-based Multipave supply both operated and self-drive road surfacing equipment along with surfacing team hire to existing surfacing contractors, councils and civil engineering companies. The company’s reputation has been built up on top quality workmanship, well maintained and well-presented equipment and a friendly personal service to their customers.
Speaking about the agreements, Sales Director Geoff Warburton said,
“We are delighted that Caliper and Multipave have renewed their agreements with the Club. Both companies have been great supporters of the Club for a number of years and we take great pride in our long lasting relationships.”
The Caliper and Multipave logos can be seen on the new Wigan Warriors 2017 Home Kit, which was chosen and launched by fans on Monday night. The kits are now on sale in Warriors World and online at www.wiganwarriors.com
