Group Exercise Classes

Wigan Warriors Community Foundation offers range of group exercise classes, coaching activities and kid’s fitness programmes every week at our Central Park facility. All classes are fun, interactive and delivered the Wigan Way so we know you’ll be able to find a class that suits your needs. Classes are the perfect place to enjoy the social side of working out. Bring your friends, send your kids or just give your own self-confidence a boost. Our expert team of Instructors & Coaches will keep you moving, stepping, dancing, lifting and laughing, making your workout fun and interesting; we know you will want to keep coming back for more! Sport, Health and Fitness Programmes

Wigan Warriors Community Foundation provides individualised programmes that cover Sport, Health, Fitness and Wellbeing. Our excellent facility at Central Park has much more to offer than the conventional “Club” training facilities, including:

  • Fully equipped and modern Gymnasium
  • Sports hall and Aerobics Studio
  • New 3G Astroturf Pitch

The excellent facilities allow a wide range of programmes to be developed for groups of all ages and abilities. Sessions can include:

  • Coaching Sessions – Multi Sport or Rugby
  • Health Related Exercise Sessions for Children
  • Warrior Workouts
  • Group Exercise sessions
  • Group Sessions in the Gym
  • Indoor or Outdoor Circuit Training sessions
  • Running Clubs
